PARTY OVERVIEW

Parties are for groups of 6 guests (minimum) to a maximum of 14; 10 guest minimum on Sundays

Parties are 3 hours at our paint it yourself studio located in Mc Bean, Couva.

Packages start at $200 per person.

All guests paint pieces chosen by the host.

PARTY TIMES
Our party time slots are 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm – 5 pm from Tuesday to Saturday. Some Sundays are available for party bookings with a minimum of 10 guests. Parties are booked first come, first served with a non-refundable $1200 deposit.
Please allow 3 hours for your party. Roughly 2.5 hours for painting activities, followed by approximately 30 mins for cake and snacks and Instax photos.
LATE ARRIVALS
Parties start promptly so please arrive on time. Late arriving guests will simply need to pick up where the group is at. There will be a $150 late fee for party groups arriving 1/2 hour past their booked time. Kindly be respectful of your party times so all incoming parties can enjoy their full experience too. Party hosts can arrive 10 minutes early to set-up their table, and our kind staff members are here to assist with that.
LATE PARTY ENDINGS
Parties that go beyond their scheduled time slot will be charged a late fee of $200 for every hour additional.
PARTY DATE CHANGES
Party date changes will incur an administrative fee of $100. Party date changes made 48 hours prior to a party will incur a $300 admin fee.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All private party guest attendees must be over the age of 5 years. Younger painters (under age 5) are welcome to create with a parent on a separate day (walk-in or booked paint sessions).
PAINT PARTY ACTIVITIES
You will select pieces for party goers to paint (depending on your package). Please submit your party pieces selection to us in an email at least one week prior to your party ensuring we have the inventory required for your party.
ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
For kids parties, only two adults maximum in-studio. Our studio is small and we require adequate space for staff and party guests. So what can parents do? Drop and go, car pool, run errands in the area or enjoy the local cafe located downstairs. All guests are certainly welcome back for cake cutting (the last half hour). Thanks so much.
SUNDAY 10-GUEST POLICY
Sundays are reserved for parties of 10 or more. Please note, you will be charged for 10 guests minimum on a Sunday.
WINE AND CHAMPAGNE FOR ADULT PARTY GOERS (additional fee)
Guests are allowed to bring wine, champagne or any alcoholic beverages to be consumed during their party. We kindly ask though that every one drinks responsibly.
CAKE TABLE AND FOOD POLICY
You are welcome to bring a birthday cake, candles, balloons, light snacks or nibbles and drinks (juice boxes, water) into our store which can be enjoyed after the paint session. A table will be made available for you. You will have roughly 20-25 minutes for cake cutting and snacks.
Permitted foods: Pizza, hot dogs, burgers, tea plates, fruit and veggie trays, cheese and crackers, popcorn and chips, cold cut sandwiches and snack charcuterie boards. Kindly submit your snack list for approval.
Also, don’t forget to bring candles (fountain candles and candle sparkles are not allowed), knife for cutting, plastic cutlery (spoons, forks), paper plates, napkins and cups; water bottles. We do not supply any of these items.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We use our social media platforms to showcase all our parties! Parents are asked directly for permission to take photos/ videos and to post on social media.

An off-site fee of $750 is charged, covering transportation and setup of materials at your location
